As the largest independent onshore oil and gas producer in Trinidad, Touchstone Exploration's operations require robust and reliable communication, both locally and internationally. The company engaged CET to design and implement a modern, high-performance conferencing and collaboration solution that would seamlessly integrate with their elegantly designed corporate spaces.
Touchstone Exploration identified a critical need to upgrade its meeting and training facilities. The company’s original vision was to move beyond traditional setups and create a modern, reliable conference room solution that could support seamless video conferencing, real- time data sharing, and secure communications.
CET developed a comprehensive and user-centric solution based on a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) philosophy. The system was designed to be "plug and play," allowing any user to connect their laptop and instantly access the room's high-quality peripherals, including audio, video, and control systems. This approach catered to the diverse needs of both in-person and remote participants, whether for formal meetings or informal training sessions.
This successful project was the result of a strong collaboration between the client and the CET team. The project was expertly led by Salesman David Chow and Project Manager Aleem Baksh, who ensured the design met all client specifications and that the installation was executed efficiently and on time
