We created a state-of-the-art automated video conferencing facility capable of connecting board members worldwide using various of VC such as Polycom, Skype, MS Lync, and other available methods all simultaneously in one secure conference, with the ability to share content.
Features: The entire room is automated and can be started up or shut down with a single button touch command. If no movement is detected after 30 minutes by the card access occupancy sensors the room shuts down to conserve energy.
The smart video conferencing facility is now automated and controlled by the Control4 HC800 system. The four-zone lighting system, the PolycomHDX7000 card access occupancy sensors, audio system, the 70 inch SHARP PN-L702B interactive display and SHARP 70 inch Aquos LED Display and the Extron DXP HDMI Matrix switcher are all controlled using the Control4 touch tablet.
