Boardrooms were outfitted with advanced video- and audio-conferencing systems, complemented by customizable presets that control both audio and lighting for seamless meeting experiences.
Bank wanted a straightforward, efficient environment to support their meeting needs. The system had to enable presentations, video conferencing, and audio conferencing, all while being intuitive and easy for staff to operate.
The design centered on a controller integrated with an audio DSP to manage microphone and speaker volume. Each room was equipped with a Polycom Real Presence 310 system and an interactive PC connected directly to the Polycom. A Lutron interface was also added to integrate with the existing lighting system.
The system allows for one-touch dialing directly from the TV interface, enabling faster meeting starts and smoother user experiences. Beam-forming microphones were installed to capture clear audio from every participant, regardless of seating position.
