The client envisions a modern, reliable conference room solution that supports seamless video conferencing, real-time data sharing, and secure communications. It must enhance collaboration across remote sites, integrate with existing systems, and ensure uptime for critical decision-making and operational coordination.
With the multitudes of users of these rooms, whether it be for meetings or training sessions, both in person and online, we catered for a BYOD (bring your own device) plug and play design
